Stand Booking
- Please complete the form below and click submit.
- Your application will be reviewed by our marketing agency handling the event (Flavor Hospitality) and on acceptance you will receive an invoice for your stand payment. The invoice will confirm your stand number and the relevant banking details for your payment. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR INVOICE!
- You have 14 days from receipt of your invoice to secure your booking with payment.
- Please send proof of payment to marketing@flvr.co.za.
- Multiple vendors with the same product will not be approved, so please ensure you accurately complete your booking form.
Booking Cancellations and No Shows
- Cancellations 4 weeks before the market qualify for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 2 weeks before the market and no-shows on the day, do not qualify for a refund, or to transfer to the next market.
